How do I track my order?There is a tracking number that you received when you shipped your order to us and one that you recieved from us (when we shipped it back to you). Go to the carrier who shipped it and enter the tracking number to check the status of your order. If you have any questions or need any help, please reach out and we will gladly assist. Thank you!

How will I know my order is ready?You will receive your scans! We upload and email your scans for free via email. Check your junk mail just in case. :)

Can I drop my film off?Yes! If you are local or in the area we would love for you to come on by and drop it off! We can get your film done same day or next day if needed. We also have a drop box in case you come after hours. Simply leave your film In the drop box with your info and we will call you when it is done.

What if my prints get messed up?We understand it can be upsetting when prints do not come out the way we anticipated. This doesn't happen often however, it can happen. there can be a leak in the camera, it could be an old camera, the film could be old, there are so many variables that go in to the process as to why the film did not develop properly. Please keep that in mind.

How long does it take to get my negatives?It usually takes about one week for you to receive your negatives with a 4x6 index print of all you images in hand. If you do a rush order you will receive them sooner. Your scans will be sent via email within a day or two.

Will you cut my negatives?We typically cut and sleeve the negatives. However, if you have a special request please let us know. If you do not want your negatives back and only want your digital scans please state that! Just in case we will hold onto your negatives for three months.
