We use noritsu equipment for developing and scanning. We cut and sleeve your negatives if you like or we can dispose of them. If you want to mail in your order please send them in from your desired delivery service (USPS,UPS,FED-EX, ETC). If you would life your negatives shipped back to you, you only have to pay the shipping fee once (Its at the checkout)! If you have mutiple orders we will put them in together! We offer standard scans (2048x3072 px), hi res (3339x5035 px), and tiffs. Hi res or tiffs are an additional $3.00. Thank you so much for trusting in us with your film. We are so grateful.

We understand it can be upsetting when film doesn't come out the way we anticipated. This doesn't happen often however, it can happen. There can be a leak in the camera, it could be an old camera, the film could be old, there are so many variables that go in to the process as to why the film did not develop properly. Please keep in mind that we can not give refunds for film we develop. Thank you.
